These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Spotless Cleaning Services website and to estimate requests made through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About our services
Spotless Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, decluttering, packing, interior detailing, organizing and porch maintenance for clients in North Carolina and South Carolina. Service descriptions, checklists and service areas on this website are general summaries. They are not a guarantee that a specific service is available for every property, date or location.
Estimates and bookings
Submitting a form, calling or texting us does not create a booking or a contract. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change after we see the property or learn more about the scope of work, such as size, condition, access or how often you would like us to come.
Services are confirmed only when we agree on the scope, schedule and price directly with you. The terms of that agreement, including payment, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation, control the work we perform and take priority over anything on this website.
Your responsibilities
When you request an estimate or book a service, you agree to:
- Give us accurate and complete information about yourself, your home or business and the work needed
- Have the legal right to request services at the property, or permission from the owner or manager
- Provide safe access to the property and tell us about any hazards, such as mold, pests, aggressive pets or hazardous materials
- Remove or secure valuables, cash and fragile or irreplaceable items before services begin
Decluttering, packing and organizing
When we declutter, pack or organize, you remain in charge of what is kept, moved or thrown away. We will not discard items without your approval. Please point out anything valuable, fragile or sentimental before we begin.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleans are performed in empty or mostly empty homes. Cleaning does not include repairs, painting, carpet replacement or removal of hazardous materials unless we agree to it in writing.
Communications
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and any services you book. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell us at any time to stop contacting you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false information, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how it works.
Intellectual property
